What comes with a suite

What you get
at Fairmont
Avenue

Every suite is private and every tenant runs their own business. Features vary by suite, so we will show you exactly what each available suite includes on your tour.

  • 01

    A private suite that locks

A full-height glass door with your own suite number on it, and a thermostat of your own in every suite. Your room, your clients and your hours.

  • 02

Utilities, Wi-Fi and 24/7 access included

All utilities, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and marketing support are included, and you have 24/7 access to your suite. You set your own prices and your own schedule; we run the building.

  • 03

    Features that vary by suite

Some suites have a shampoo sink and cabinetry, and some have a window onto Fairmont Avenue. We will show you exactly what each available suite includes on your tour.

  • 04

A lobby your clients walk into

A finished entrance and a lit suite corridor, shared by everyone in the building. Your client meets a finished building before they reach your door.

  • 05

A shared break room and restrooms

A shared break room with a kitchen, plus restrooms, kept off the client route.

  • 06

Prompt service and clean shared spaces

Amor is family owned, so the people you deal with are the people who run it. We respond promptly to service requests and maintenance concerns, and our cleaning crew cleans the common areas and restrooms throughout the week. Cleaning covers the shared spaces, not individual suites.

Inside a suite: white cabinetry with brass handles, a black stone counter with a shampoo sink and brass mixer tap, a patterned backsplash and a glass-fronted beverage fridge.

Family owned

From inside the
trade, and from
the ground up

Amor Studio Salons is family owned by Dennis and his wife Kellye, and it brings together two kinds of experience.

Kellye is a hairstylist and a permanent-makeup artist. She knows what a working day in a suite asks of the room: the light, the air, the sound and the layout.

Dennis comes from construction and real estate. He knows how to choose a location and build it out properly. Between them, the suites are planned around the work that happens in them and built to last.

Because Amor is family owned, you deal directly with the people who run it, and the support you get is personal.

Before you call

Six questions,
answered honestly

Is anything available right now in Bethesda?

Two suites were available as of October 20, 2026. Availability changes, so ask for the current list when you get in touch.

What comes with a suite?

Every suite is private, with a lockable glass door, your own suite number and your own thermostat. All utilities, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry and marketing support are included, and you have 24/7 access to your suite. Beyond that, features vary by suite: some have a shampoo sink and cabinetry, and some have a window onto the street. We will show you exactly what each available suite includes on your tour.
