Amor Studio Salons is family owned by Dennis and his wife Kellye, and it was shaped by two very different kinds of experience.
Kellye is a hairstylist and a permanent-makeup artist. She knows what the work needs from a room: the light, the air, the plumbing, how much sound carries and how a client feels walking in.
Dennis comes from construction and real estate. He knows how to find the right location, build it out properly and keep it running well. Between them, every Amor location is planned around the professionals who work there, and run by people you can actually reach.
Three locations across Maryland and Northern Virginia, each chosen for the clients its professionals want to reach.

At Amor Studio Salons, serving our tenants is a priority. We respond promptly to service requests, and our cleaning crew cleans the common areas and restrooms throughout the week. This ongoing support helps you focus on running your business and caring for your clients.
Cleaning covers the lobby, corridors, break room and restrooms. Your suite is yours to look after.
Sterling suites start at $325 per week, with preleasing incentives. At Bethesda and Tysons, weekly rates depend on the suite. Ask for current rates and availability before you book a tour, or come and see the suites in person.

Every suite is an independent business with its own menu, its own prices and its own calendar. You book directly with the professional, who sets their own hours.

What is a salon suite?
A private room you lease and run as your own business. You set your own prices, keep your own calendar, choose your own products and put your own name on the door. Amor is your landlord, not your employer, and there is no commission split.
Does Amor cut hair?
No. Amor does not perform any beauty service. We build and lease the rooms that independent stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, barbers and permanent-makeup artists work in. If you are booking an appointment, you book with the professional, not with us.
Which location should I look at?
Bethesda is in downtown Bethesda, a block off Woodmont Avenue. Tysons is in the Tysons Corner area off Westpark Drive. Sterling, our newest location, is at Cascades Marketplace in Loudoun County and is now preleasing. Each has its own page with photos and current availability.
How much does a suite cost?
At Sterling, suites start at $325 per week, with preleasing incentives. At Bethesda and Tysons, weekly rates depend on the suite. You book with the professional rather than with Amor, because each one is an independent business with its own calendar and hours. The directory lists the professionals at every location, with a booking link wherever they take appointments online.
